Do you want actual sounds? Because MIDI isn't audio... it's just data. It's basically a list of instructions like "play this note this loud, now play this note this loud, now add vibrato to that note, now play this note this loud..."
The actual sounds themselves come from your keyboard and have nothing to do with MIDI
