Where can I buy paint for my 1996 Honda accord?

I presently own a 1996 Honda accord. The paint on my vehicle is fading and there are scratches all over it. Clearly a few touch-ups would do the car some good, however, I cannot find an automotive store that sells the right paint.

I was wondering if there were any online stores that would let me specially order paint for my vehicle?
 
Sounds to me a GOOD buff job MAY do the trick...failing that take the vin number and go to the auto paint shop in your area and get them to mix up some base coat paint and get some clear coat as well . But a word of caution if you haven't done this before ....pay someone to do it . It's NOT as easy as you may think !
 
so take it to some one who knows what they are doing with car paint...its not really like house paint at home depot. you mess up with the wrong color after it drys....its gonna cost you more to fix it with what damage you did and they might even be able to work with you on just doing touch up ....they can match your color of your car with the vin and match it perfect. just go ask someone that does auto repair. trust me been there done that and messed it up myself.
