I don't know where in Indiana you are, but in central Indiana on Brookville Road just east off of 465 is Best Fun. They rent large inflatables and also have a Magic Shop. In Franklin, just north and behind the Walmart is a shop that builds Snap Illusions. They also have some small stuff for sale. And in Fort Wayne is Dick Stoner's Magic Shop. I think all of these even have web sites. I've been to all of these but most of the cards you've mentioned in my possession have came from Ellusion.com If these places can't help you, drop me a email and maybe I can come up with something else.
