My Birthday is coming up and I was thinking that my friends and I would fill up some water balloons with glow-in-the-dark paint and have a water balloon fight. But, I don't know where to get the paint. I have looked at some websites but they sell it for a lot of money. Like $1,000 for 5 gallons. Also, the paint has to be safe for human skin. Help?
Where can I buy Glow-in-the-Dark paint(That doesn't cost hundreds)?
