I had 2 options - standard or express. Express, they double-charge my cc as insurance that I'll send this one back. I've got the money to spare, so it's no big deal.
Standard, I'd ship mine back, and they wouldn't send the replacement until this one was back in their warehouse. I didn't want to wait.
The cool thing was that they arranged a UPS pick-up at my place, so I just printed out the return UPS label, and put it in front of my door for UPS to pick up when they come by.
And yes, I'll be very happy to get the phone I ordered. A month is a long time to wait for something you've already paid for. If they botch the unit this time, I'll cancel and try to find someplace selling that all-black E50.
