Where can I buy E50?

Little update here - Tigerdirect shipped my replacement e50. I opened it up, everything looked great, keypad worked great. I started looking in the menu for the camera application, and I couldn't find it. Turn the phone over, it's an e50-2 (no camera).

Tigerdirect is overnighting me a replacement e50 at their cost. I guess I can't complain too much. If I worked somewhere that didn't allow cameras, I'd say this was the perfect phone, though. I've been playing with it all weekend waiting for the replacement to arrive.
 
I called cti-miami and wasn't impressed. I could hardly understand the person that picked up the phone, and they didn't seem to care that much while I was on the phone.

Are there any other places I could pick this up?
 
Dang Civil, I feel bad for you. I hope this 3rd one's a charm. I'm keeping my finger's crossed for mine tomorrow. Hopefully a e50 with a camera, made in Finland, and un-opended.
 
I had 2 options - standard or express. Express, they double-charge my cc as insurance that I'll send this one back. I've got the money to spare, so it's no big deal.

Standard, I'd ship mine back, and they wouldn't send the replacement until this one was back in their warehouse. I didn't want to wait.

The cool thing was that they arranged a UPS pick-up at my place, so I just printed out the return UPS label, and put it in front of my door for UPS to pick up when they come by.

And yes, I'll be very happy to get the phone I ordered. A month is a long time to wait for something you've already paid for. If they botch the unit this time, I'll cancel and try to find someplace selling that all-black E50.
 
Update on my E50 buying experience from tigerdirect.com -

My first phone had a defective keypad. I sent it back, and they sent me an E50-2 (no camera).

They offered to overnight me a replacement, since they sent me the wrong model. Instead of overnight, they sent it 2nd day, so I didn't get it before leaving for my Thanksgiving vacation.

I get back home to find that they sent me another E50-2.

I'm currently on the phone asking for a full refund, and will encourage others to avoid tigerdirect. They sent me the wrong replacement twice, and I'm not interested in waiting any longer. I should have gone with x1387 in the first place.
 
Dang man that sux. Glad I cancelled my order the first time. I got mad because they told me that they couldn't guarantee what they were going to send me (black/white, cam/no cam)
 
The color was another thing they got wrong. They advertised the model as silver color, but the 3 that they sent me were all the black models (side and backing colors, not the face). Since there's another model that actually is white/silver, it's misleading. I never made an issue of the color, but I know it's an issue to others here.

I figured since tigerdirect has been around for years and years, they'd be a good place to buy, but I'll encourage everyone else here to avoid them.
 
I bought from TigerDirect but that's b/c I wanted a black no camera. But yeah, if you want a particular color and/or camera buy from someone else.
 
It says Silver, it was the only option there. I'm not sure if this is the white that a lot of people keep referring to. Actually, I'm not even sure what colors are available, I've just seen silver and black side panels, with every model having a silver front. Anyway, color isn't important to me, I just want something with an English keypad and the camera.

Ordered one from Samstores. Spoke to the guy and emphasized the camera and English only characters. When I kept on re-empasizing the camera the guy felt insulted since I was insisting on something that was clearly stated on the product description. Anyway, my credit card was charged right away, received no tracking number despite numerous calls and e-mails, and then an E50-2 with no camera showed up at my doorstep few days later. Called again and was promised to get a call back ASAP. Never got a call, so called again and was asked to ship it back via UPS for a replacement (never opened the original box). I expect another set of numerous calls, promises and aggrevations.
