Where can I buy custom built electronics online?

I am in need of a custom built xbox 360 and casing for the 360. It's not necessarily a lot of electrical work, more of the custom casing side of things. But does anyone know any websites (freelance or anything like that) or forums where I could find someone to do this for me?
