Where Can I buy cheap but good sport bike in Philadelphia?

That would my first bike. Don't know which one would be good for me, but I like R6 or GXR - 600-650. Can't spend lots of money.
 
Mine is for sale. She was my first bike.

PS: YZF600R is like the little brother to the R6, look it up.
 
Then you are looking for the wrong kind of bike. You need experience so you won't kill yourself on it, and the R6 is an @ss whipping looking for a place to happen in the hands of a novice rider. In addition good and cheap need to be removed from the same sentence together when looking for a motorcycle. You can get a good one, or you can get a cheap one. They are most likely separate requirements. If you can't spend lots of money dont get a bike in the sportsbike category so you have to replace a fairing when you lay it down. On any other type there are lots of separate pieces so teh damage can be minimized.
