Where can I buy a Zurg toy (Toy Story)?

My son wants Buzz Lightyear's enemy ZURG for Christmas this year, everywhere I look I see they make this toy but I can only see miniature ones. He has the full sized (around 15") Buzz and Woody and some of the other characters like Rex the Dinosaur but for Zurg we can only see small ones at around 8".. Anyone know whee I can get a full sized one from?
