Where can I buy a new cell phone without buying a new plan?

My phones screen broke now I have to buy a new one without a discount but i can't find a site that will allow that. i just want to buy a new phone I don't need a plan.
 
you can find used phones online, they're really cheap sometimes. what provider do you have? some use sim cards and that makes it alot easier

Your mobile company should have the phones available for you to buy directly. The cost of the phones is extremely high, as most deals you see are for phones while sticking you with a contract.

If you don't want to pay a HUGE amount, check E-bay for used phones in your area and you can have those linked into your already existing plan.
 
try to see if MetroPCS is available where you live.
Its a no contract and unlimited everything for $40monthly payment
 
oo i do this all the time. Buy a pay as you go phone and then switch the sim card from your phone with a broken screen and put the sim card into the pay as you go phone.
(the sim card is usually located under the battery
 
You may want to discuss this with your local telephone company.
If you have a warranty on your phone, then you should be able to get a new phone....but it depends on the phone company you are with.
I know that Wal-Mart sells phones....but I have never purchased one from there.
