Where Can I Buy a modded Sega Saturn with burned games?

I really want to play games like panzer dragoon saga, but its $200 on Ebay for that game alone! I know I can buy a Satrun, buy a modchip, install the mod chip, buy a CD burning program, hunt down Saturn roms, burn the roms to CD, and play them on modded Saturn, but I would much rather buy a pre-modded Saturn with burned games. Does anyone know a website that sells them? Thanks!
