Where can I buy a cheap bike in Eindhoven?

Most of the shops here offer very old and delapidated rubbish bikes for 100 EUROS and over!!!

Have tried Marketplaats but nothing there also.

Anywhere else I can look, am looking to get one for about 50 EUROS (not a mountain bike).
