Where are these hot flashes coming from?

out of nowhere, I'll start burning up and everyone else tells me that it's not hot at all... and when I took my temperature, it seemed kinda low.... I think they started during my period... well, it just ended but I am still getting them... do u think my period is the cause of them?
 
That may be the cause of them. I've heard of girls getting hot flashes when they are on their period.
