corporations are composed of people going to work and getting paid. They are paid by investors who are trying to make more money by investing their money. If the investors get a return on their investment that is insufficient, they will put there money somewhere else, closing up shop or moving operations to a different country.

Everyone who works at the corporation should already be getting taxed.

I actually care about my fellow man, and I hate to see so many people struggle. I hate to see the direction this country is going, I always defended it but lately I've been having doubts... I have the ability to leave but if it gets worse I will just up and leave.

Generally speaking, the large entitlement programs (social security and medicare) benefit the poor and the wealthy alike. Proposed tax increases on the wealthy are part of a much larger picture than simply paying for the poor.

It's not a question of blame as to how it arose. It's a question of interpretation of the law and the grey area that exists in someone whose "compensation" is earned through active investment.

The real economy drag is the uncertainty with government regulation and the incredile spending binge the Obama administration has put us on.

He's a tax accountant. The labyrinthine tax code is his bread and butter. Simplify it and close loopholes, and his world changes.
