Okay by best I mean hidden. Like only the natives know about the place. It's not a chain store or big and flashy but family owned. So I'm looking for restaurants that have amazing food but only the natives know about. I hate going into this pretty restaurant except the food sucks.
Like for one example, last time I went to Korea, in Seoul you could always eat the spicy ddongbbukkggee (Spicy rice cakes) on the side of the street in the markets and it was good.
