Lately I have wanted to make some freinds in that comunity maybe getting into a realtionship...So where are they..I was thinking about going tomorow so if you know any good places let me know..thanks
 
Divas on Post near Polk is the largest club in SF. Mainly MTF
Good Vibrations various Bay Area locations are very trans friendly and offer several publications that can help you with your search.
You also should be able to find some resources by visiting the GLBT center on Market near Octavia.
