Hi i just bought my new blackberry and i set up my personal emails and when i set it up it told me that an icon was sent to my home screen and i never received it and its not hidden because i checked many times and also i don't see my emails service books and never have. When i try to resend the service books through my computer it say successfully sent but i never receive them.
Does any one know what could be the problem?
