Where an I file a report on a restaurant.?

I recently went to a restaurant where I ordered some food, when they brought my plate over there were shrimps in it. I told them that I was allergic to shrimps and asked if they could make me my food again. All they did was bring it to the back and pick it out. After we ate we left, quickly after I started having minor allergic reactions. Luckily I'm not too allergic to shrimps, all that happened was a little itching around my lips, no closing up of my throat.

I don't want this to happen to anyone else, and have the worse happen. Is there a website I can go to or a phone I can call to report the restaurant?

Try the website. My mom has complained about a few different food establishments online, on the restaurants' websites, and recieved apologies and coupons lol

I'm sorry you experienced that, though. That would make me really mad.

EDIT-- In that case, go to the restaurant [or call?] and try to speak with the manager. If he or she isn't there then maybe you could get their work number or something.
