go in pictures click on options, go on view mode and click 3x3 thumbnails. if this doesn't work then you must have a software problem. you can download and install software on sony Ericsson.com. once you do this you may lose content that started with the mobile at purchase.
 
...why is this? Basically I select the picture I want, Click information and where it should say the file name it just says jpeg. Can anyone help as I would like to know the actual file name I think it should be Picture001 - or something along the lines of that.
