sound (like a train) comes out? i think it needs oil... but i dont know where
if so what type should i get?
if not then what is it?
loser me! i see that im using the wrong type or 'break' its 'brake'!
i havent changed the brake pads since i got the bike which is 4 yrs ago... is that really old?

four years is old for brake pads provided these are rim brakes. You can take an emory board to the pads and lightly sand them to remove any glaze that is likely on them and you can rub the rim with rubbing alcohol to remove glaze from the wheels braking surface this will likely help quite a bit. Other wise get new pads and clean the rim and this will likely solve your problem 100%. NO OIL IS NEEDED especially WD40...EVER!
