When you make garden fresh tomato sauce...?

Do you blanch and peel the tomatoes or leave the skin on?

I blanch them but I've heard of people who leave the skin on. What is your preferance?
People pay attention.

I already KNOW how to blanch them. If you actually read the question it says that I blanch mine.

All I want to know is how everyone else prefers to do it.
