...educate them? Weather it's on global warming and how we're all gonna drown next week because the glaciers are melting, the earth is going to end in 2012 or how the government is going to make everyone give up their current health care and get the government version. Is it a hopeless waste of time, or can some people actually be educated?
When did this healthcare thing come about? Last I heard a person had to have some (any) kind of healthcare from anywhere or they would be fined. Nothing about buying government healthcare (since there is no public option there cannot be any government insurance) and no going to jail.

depends, i always state my views then change the subject, if i want to remain or am forced to remain in their sphere if i don't want to remain , i state my views and leave. I don't like to be harassed nor to harass. everyone is entitled to their opinion, including me.

when they are clearly misled, then yes, tell them the truth.
i can see how the global warming thing is a bit crazy but the health care one is true: if u don't get government health care, you'll go to jail. so, its ur choice...join socialism or go to prison. its the first time i've heard that you get punished for NOT buying something, lol

I believe that reasonable people can be shown the pros and cons, the whys and wherefores, and using their god given ability to apply their reasoning abilities come to the proper conclusions. Of course, not everyone seems to have the ability or rationale. Otherwise they wouldn't be blabbering about such things in the first place.
