...witness's? Our case involves moving out of state and who our child would live with for the school year or the summer/ holidays?
 
They may or may not ask anyone to come in. If anyone were to be called as witnesses, your attorney would advise you.

It all depends on the judge. There are family court judges in my district that would say 'Nobody with custody is moving, because the child needs to stay in his/her school, be near both parents, and have some stability in that regard.' Then there are judges who will go the whole 9 yards and want to know all about each parent's' support network. Speak with your attorney.
