okay i have court sept 11 for aggravted assault will thy give me a drug test? and if so urine or hair or blood? whats the max time urine stays in your system

They might do a drug screen as part of the PSI(pre-sentencing investigation), but as the charge isn't drug related, it's not 100%. However, you're likely to end up on probation, and they love to do random drug screens.
You said "whats the max time urine stays in your system". I'm going to assume you mean THC, as it's the only drug that stays in your system long enough(5-90 days, depending on frequency of use) to screw you up on a drug test you know is coming.

To answer your other question, urine doesn't really stay in your system. The urea is filtered out constantly by your kidneys along with some water and electrolyes to form urine. The urine then travels through the ureters to the urinary bladder where it is stored until it is convenient for you to get rid of it. As for how long urine stays in your bladder that can depend on a number of factors such as, amount of fluid intake, convenience, caffeine/alchohol/other diuretics, and renal function.
Most people probably pee about once every 3 - 4 hours, although some people may urinate more or less frequently.
