When you do workout videos at home, do you wear shoes?

Just wondering because I have been doing two workout videos per day in my living room to tone up a bit for my upcoming wedding. I used to work out quite often, and participated in long distance running in the past. But since doing the workout videos for the last couple months, my knees have been bothering me a lot. I had problems with my knees from past sports injuries, but they have been worse lately.

Do you think it may be because I am working out in bare feet? The more I think about it, the more I think I should be wearing shoes ... but I don't have a pair of indoor ones yet and my running shoes that I wear every night for jogging are dirty.

i think it is a personal pref but shoes may be your problem. Dirty or not I think it would be better to wear them than risking injury to yourself. Dirt can be cleaned, and injury puts you out of commission too long! Not to mention, what's more important the dirt or your health?
