When you cook "roman noodles" what do you choose to add to it?

I cook 2 packs, 2 burritos, some spinach, broccoli, a meat pie, chopped beef, mushrooms & additional (steak) seasoning-any other ideas? (sometimes I grill it all on a pan-that's my favorite)
