when writing about deep sky stuff and how to observe them ..?

what is important to know .. and what makes it a good article and what is a must for people to be interested to look at what your talking about?

a beginner night sky writer here
 
Hi. The brighter objects would be much more interesting than the dim ones. M42 in Orion is great in binoculars, for instance, while the Horsehead in not.
