When would be the best time for me to take a pregnancy test?

I got my last period on June 29th.
I had unprotected sex on July 9th and also on July 21 and 22.

I'm buying an EPT (First Responce) tomorrow. If I am pregnant, will it show a positive tomorrow? If not, when would be the best time to take it?

(PS: I just did an online ovulation calculator, and it says that my ovulation date is July 13th)
 
usually not accurate until you are due for your period, which if you are normal by the book wouldnt be for a couple days yet. You could try it, but if you get a neg I would do another next week. :)
 
your first morning pee is the best time to take a test your HCG levels are higher at that time and easier for the test to pick up on. However if you havent missed a period yet then i wouldnt take one unless you get one of those tests that you can do 5 days before your missed period but still i would wait until you have officially missed your period
