the other countries that? Have been polluting the space outside our planet start to clean it up before it gets out of hand , they have the means to do it so what are they waiting for.
 
What means? How do you catch a tiny piece of debris that is zooming around the earth at such speed that it will smash though a spacecraft like a bullet though paper.
 
You have to acknowledge the fact that it costs a lot and does not give any direct benefit towards anywhere
 
Means? Let me attempt to put this into persepctive.

I want you to track down every particle of glass on the surface of the earth. Pick it up, and dispose of it properly, no matter how large or small that glass fragment is.

The proposal you suggest is immense. It include hundreds of millions of tiny particles, along with items the size of a few meters... but spread out over hundreds of thousands of cubic meters of space.

Oh, yeah, and you have to do it with taxpayers footing the bill. Good luck getting elected!

If you are from one of the nations mentioned above maybe you should tell us why you aren't doing something about it. You could start by telling us all how you want to go about doing it.

If not, I think you're just jealous.
