i no playstation home beta has been realesed but when will the full home be released?

Well no one's really sure. Nothing has been told so far. The beta is out, but that's not the official home is it? It's still pretty fun though, so just wait it out.

According to Sony The Playstation Home Open Beta is the real Home. It will continue to expand as in content from now until the end of the age. They may have an update in which they will just remove the "beta" part when the content is more complete but at the pace they are going now it will remain in Beta.
Beta doesnt necessarily mean that it is unfinished mainly for the fact that we use some Beta things in our everyday life and we just dont know it. For example GMAIL has been in Beta for years now. In fact several of Google's products are in Beta.
The current Playstation Home is the real deal and everything in it. You can jump into it now and enjoy it. And with updates happening virtually every week adding more content, a month or two from now it will perhaps be extremely enjoyable.
