when will obama make a speech on the steps of the lincoln memorial?

just like mlk did back in the 60's with over 2 million people watching. who would like obama to do that?
 
Obama made a great speech yesterday at the Lincoln Memorial. I have no doubt he will out do himself once he is officially sworn in tomorrow, Tuesday, January 20, 2009.

80% approval rating. More than any other in coming President. The majority of the people have spoken and we have elected Barack Obama. Haters, we will pray for you.

God Bless America. This is a new day.
