When will I get My Refund Check?

Hello I'm expecting a paper refund check.
The Site says "Your tax refund was mailed on February 20, 2009. If you do not receive the refund by March 20, 2009, please contact us again"

What day do you think I should expect it?...Today Monday?
I'm in New York.
