when will he be deported?why is he not getting DEPORTED,he is in jail from 5 months in

alabama? an illegal immigrant who is in jail, was caught by the USICE and DHS on charges of bigamy.he was already married and has kids in his home country india.they were in contact and are not divorced. all proofs are with DHS and USICE.
which helped them to arrest him..

he married a US citizen for gain and citizenship,and now has a kid.

he doesn't want to leave,the US citizen whom he married is still helping him,inspite of knowing the truth..CAN he or SHE STOP HIS DEPORTATION? IF SO HOW ?

m his indian wife,i don't know the laws of USA.
i just want him back in india.he cheated us.and now he is trying hook and crook to stay back in US.the US citizen helps him..so i was worried..help me pls..
WHEN WILL THEY DEPORT HIM?
i dont want him back..but i want to get justice from india too.i want him back to the place from where he was..i was just worried maybe he has a chance to stay back in US without coming.
 
they cant stop the deportation!!! i tired for my husband and their is no way possible unless she can prove he is a good person and bails him out for 10,000 dollars. but even then he would only have up to 3 months to be free because he would have orders to leave the country back home to where he is from. but if she doesn't he will be home as soon as they get to his name. it took 4 months for my husband to come home and he said people that were in the detention centers with him had been there up to 2 years. it depends on how and why they got caught by ice or the police. if he has done a crime they serve more time before they send them back. it takes a long time becuase there are so many people going threw the process.
