When will GM start selling stocks?

I know there under a different name because there liquidating but when do you expect general motors to come out of bankruptcy and start selling stocks?

General Motors is already out of bankruptcy. The "new" General Motors is expected to announce an IPO in 2011 or 2012, depending on the financial situation.
