When will blockbuster have Halo Reach available for rent?

The blockbuster website says the game will be available for rent from the website sometime in December? The closest blockbuster to me does not have any previous Halo games. So will blockbuster even have Halo Reach available for rent? If so, how long after the game is released will it be available?
