when using the TinyMCE editor in wordpress and you click add image, its not able to

look up images? its just a field to enter a path. i have to go to media library and select image and copy path then paste it into the advanced tinyMCE editor.

Im thinking this is not correct, that i should be able to browse to the images, but alas that is not an option.

Can someone who is familiar with TinyMCE shed some light on this and what I can do in order to get it to work correctly? if possible?
