when ur at the gym what weight shoulld u be to start that powder stuff how long

Ehh.. the powder supplements should be the least of your concern. But if you really trying to get big muscles, try Whey Protein. The other supplements are just pointless junks. If you want real results, go to the gym and drink whey protein shakes before and after every 5-6 days per week.
 
Whey protein powder is simply protein whipped up into a powder to mix with a liquid(ex. milk, water) to gain muscle. Don't use it if you want to get rid of a belly, just do ab workouts, and before you know it you will have some toned abs, eat some hard-boiled eggs, fish, orange juice, and plenty of water, and run/jog/walk and you'll have that belly gone in no time.
