...prior education? I'm looking into the military, but I have a DUI. (yes, I know this is going to be hard). Aside from this, I have a clean record. I have roughly 70 college credits and completed a 2 year internship with the fire department. Will this help me at all? Please, restrain from answering if you don't really know. Thanks guys.
Ok, for those of you who answerd, I know I need a waiver, my question is will the education and public service HELP to get a waiver. I know it won't FIX my DUI, but will they consider positive aspects of my life when considering whether or not to aprove me?
 
No it won't help you get in. Having college credits only matters when you have a GED

Your DUI is still a DUI no matter what your education is like.
