I want to make my own restaurant after I graduate high school and college. I am a junior in high school right now and am wondering, when is a good time to start planning? I only plan on going to college for two years because my instructor for my prostart class teaches some college classes that I could really benefit from. Anyway, what are some things I can do now? I have foodhandlers, servsafe, and cpr/first aid certifications. Any other advice is appreciated. Thanks!
