When to sleep?

It's natural for a guy like me to wonder when I should sleep because I need to grow and stay healthy.

I am 15 years old, and I sleep at around 11-12 o'clock. This is frustrating me because I don't know if I'm getting the right amount of sleep everyday. I usually wake up at 7 on weekdays and at 9 on weekends. But since summer is arriving I usually sleep late and wake up late.

Anyways, give me suggestion please. I appreciate it.
 
Other than being sure you sleep at night, when you sleep is irrelevant. However, the length of time you sleep is very important. Everyone requires different amounts of sleep. Since it's summertime, it should be easy for you to determine that. The sleep disorders folks say to go to bed at the same time for one week, every night. Wake up without an alarm clock or anyone waking you up. Average the number of hours sleep you get per night and that's how much sleep you need per night. Then schedule your bedtime each night accordingly.
