When to replace timing belt in Toyota Celica?

I've got a 1996 Toyota Celica ST with 130,000 miles. I replaced the timing belt before I had any problems at 65,000 miles. I'm wondering if I should do it again now or wait. I plan on keeping the car for a couple more years, and it's in great shape. How often does this timing belt actually need to be replaced? Can I go another 20K miles without risk or should I do it sooner?
For the record, I had the last belt replaced by the dealership who would have used factory authorized parts. I've never cheaped-out on maintenance.
