Ok so i've been sticking to a strict diet whilst weight training for a few months, and can already see results which is great. The only problem I have is the amount I have to eat when I get up before i'm off to work.
My breakfast is currently;
Whey shake upon waking
Bowl of high bran and skimmed milk
3 egg whites and 2 whole eggs (normaly scrambled on granary bread)
1 banana
This is quite an ordeal, so was wondering if I could eat the eggs later in the day?
Maybe even before bed so it doesn't effect the rest of my diet which is your typical 'regular small but well balanced meals all day'?
