When they take bloods at 28 weeks pregnant, what do they test for?

my midwife said anti-bodies and anaemia, is there anything else?
i didn't have to drink anything, she just came to my house and took blood on friday, today i got a letter saying i need to see the doctor about my results so i am still waiting for him to ring me.
