how much of the revenue the feds so desperately want to collect will be lost to a black market economy? it's a documented fact that when people feel like the tax structure is unfair they go underground.
you didn't answer the question rod. there was a thriving underground economy during the clinton years.
 
It's a documented fact that businesses did very well under the Clinton tax rate which is exactly the same as Obama proposes
