When text becomes so long, it sends it as a multi media message..how can i stop this?

please help asap. 10P!!!? I have a Nokia n85, i dont kno if it is to do with this or my orange network....
when i send a text message that gets so long, it turns it into a video or picture message and the reader has to go onto orange website and read it as if it were a picture?
Why is this?
How can i stop this from happening?

Re-install your software. Go to an authorized service center in your area and tell them the problem.

Re-Installation should solve this problem.
