When taking protein supplements do i eat more healthy or just more?

i was told that i have to consume 4500 calories to significantly increase muscle mass. do i eat more fatty foods or just eat a lot more healthy foods? i want to take this " super mass gainer from body fortress" to work on mainly my PECS and then shoulders and arms. (basically) im 15 years old.. 145 pounds 5'8''.
