improper install of door? I was charged about $400 for install...For a year i have been trying to get them to fix the doors. They leak...water wicks across my wood floors. When going to court do i include the cost of new floor? who is responsible for that? My wood floors are ruined:(
 
Save time and effort and file a Civil Suit. Small Claims courts make judgments, but getting paid is a whole different story. After being awarded a judgment in Small Claims court, you will probably need to file a Civil case anyways. You will need an attorney for this, but have his fees added in as part of the judgment.
