I have been on Ch 30 for almost 3 years (36 months) and I had the Navy College Fund (Kicker). I am switching over to the new GI Bill, will this kicker be a part of my benefits? I was told by 1888GIBILL1 that the kicker was only good for 36 months and since I have been receiving Ch 30 benefits for 36 months that i won't get it with the new GI Bill. I was under the impression that the $600 buy up plan was only valid for 36 months and not the College Fund Kicker.
