...when the hit you? Please Read All:

When is it okay to fight back when they keep swinging at you? Or what should you do in the situation? How should you restrain them? Would making them pass-out be okay, such as by rear naked choke, triangle choke, etc.?

Then what to do if they actually hit you? Would hitting back be self defense? Would putting them in an arm bar be okay? If you accidentally break their arm, what could you be charged with? If it's broken due to them struggling what could I be charged with? And if I broke it on purpose, what would I be charged with.

Lastly, what should I do if they hit me and I tell them to not hit me, and they hit me again, could I charge them for assault and harassment? Also after they hit me the second time what am I supposed to do that way I could charge them for those things and maybe even a restraining order so they can't come within x meters, miles, etc. to me? Also how do they know if they are or not? Is something put on me as well?

Also how soon should you call the police? Does it matter?

Please tell all you know, because I don't know what you are "supposed" to do in physical situations and so that I get better justice.
