When someone gets your food order wrong?

Don't you call or go back and make them get it right?
Yesterday I was in McDonald's and i was in a hurry to get back to school, and i didn't realize they had given me the wrong thing until i was back to school. I decided to wait until this morning to call because i would not of been able to go back yesterday anyway. The manger got mad at me and said i had wait to long, but he would make an exception, then when i tried to say thanks he hung up on me. Rude right?
 
You should have called right back, However, in this day and time of people cutting fast food out, the manager should have just said, bring in your receipt and we will make it right. True some people try and get a free ride, but it peeeves me to no end to get home and find a screwed up order. I mean how hard is it to fill a bag?
I always contact the home office is someone is rude or acts like they do not have to make it right. I should not have to drive back to their place of business waste my gas and time for something they screwed up in the first place...there are too many other places to eat and I let them know that.
 
At MacDonalds, I usually order a plain hamburger with ketchup only. I mostly get what I want, but sometimes they get my order wrong (not all the time). Sometimes they put cheese, onions, pickles, etc.. on my hamburger, and whenever that happens, a parent would be outraged (not at me, but at the way people take the order). Either one of my parents would get mad whenever MacDonald's gets the order wrong. My dad gets the most mad. If any of this continues to happen, I'm either gonna become an angry customer to the people or my dad will be.
The people who work at MacDonalds are mostly from the middle east (hindu, pakinstani, arabian, others like that), know few english, and have strong accents and speak their language to co-workers.
 
oh hell no!! you need to walk your behind in there & demand to speak to that manager NOW! tell that beotch that you are going to call their district manager if they don't take care of you in a prompt, professional manner! just because they hate their job doesn't mean she has to be a beotch to you!
 
really? it was McDonald's. if you worked there would you be happy 24/7? would you care if someones order got messed up? no. and he doesn't care that he was rude to you cause you won't ruin business. people are addicted to that crap y'all call food. just go get a salad from a local deli next time and order it in advanced.
 
yell at them and if they dont get it right tell them that you are going to call the cops and they will get arrested and sued!!!!!!!!thats what i would do
